Experienced Regional Field Sales Manager required to lead and inspire a growing brand ambassador/sales team, in the dynamic On-Trade sector. Great opportunity to manage our field sales team representing the iconic Lucozade Ribena Suntory Brands. Salary £32,213 per annum + 20% bonus + company car, phone, tablet + pension scheme.

Ideal Location: Any mainland UK location within easy reach of motorways

What will you be doing?
CPM and Lucozade Ribena Suntory are market leaders in their own fields, and we need a real superstar people person to manage and motivate our On-Trade team of brand ambassadors and sales representatives. You will be leading a regional team who are calling into on trade outlets promoting Lucozade Ribena Suntory’s iconic drinks brands, one of the top ten brands in the UK! The sector and role are fast paced, and many of the team are new, so your ability to motivate and drive performance in others through coaching will be vital to the team’s success.

Your role will be to give the team clear goals and inspire and lead them to achieve results. You will have responsibility for training, coaching and developing your team, helping each team member maximise their potential to be their very best.

Working in a fast paced, every changing environment, you will be able to balance the need to delivery against targets and deadline with the ability to get results from your team whilst keeping them motivated and promoting a great ‘one’ team’ ethos.

You will hold regular team meetings and weekly conference calls to share information and updates with the teams. You will have access to great sales data which you will need to analyse to pinpoint any areas or team members who may need your additional focus.

This role will give you the opportunity to create strong relationships with our client and could be the stepping stone to more senior opportunities for the right candidate.
