As the Experiential Account Manager you’ll be developing and project managing live events and experiential campaigns, aligned to ASDA brand strategy across the UK. Campaigns that engage their current/future consumers and work to ensure that all elements of the project exceed client expectations on time and in full. Salary £32k-£35k per annum depending on experience, company bonus scheme plus excellent benefits including 26 days holiday per annum, pension, private medical care, life insurance and further flexible benefits.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Being the dedicated client contact for experiential work taking care of all day to day account management and delivering excellent service levels.
• Taking the lead in improving and developing our experiential offer for our retailer client to continue to be best in class within retail events
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication.
• Producing and presenting engaging, innovative proposals that are both profitable and deliverable against the business plan, the activity planner or briefed opportunities
• Supporting the team and clients with a highly planned and organised approach to managing workload
• Attending client and all-agency meetings and provide advice and recommendations to fulfil their requirements
• Successfully delivering client campaigns in line with client expectations, KRA’s, target gross and net profit, right first time, on budget and to brief
• Responding to requests from the Client service manager in an efficient and timely manner
• Being the link between the CPM and Hyphen businesses, building an effective network across both business and opportunities/best practice

You will:
• Have at least 2 years client management experience across shopper marketing, B2C events and or for an experiential agency
• Be a creative thinker who can break down a client brief/objectives and can come up with brilliant solutions which are also achievable and practical
• Experience leading the creative process and creating engaging proposals
• Good production knowledge and ideally a black book of key industry suppliers
• Experience of harnessing virtual teams and leading projects, requiring strategic foresight.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and build relationships at all levels.
• Previous experience of people management, motivating teams and a structured approach to performance management.
• Experience of analysing data and drawing insight to develop new business opportunities.
• Numerate / able to manage budgets and identify key opportunities and efficiencies in order to drive greater profitability.
• A can-do attitude and oodles of passion for live events and experiential marketing
• Display an understanding of how events and experiential fit within the full marketing mix especially around social would be highly advantageous.
• Passion for live events and the industry, keen to network and build key supplier/peer relationships.

The role requires activity outside of normal working hours. This may include travelling across the UK and staying away from home as well as working unsociable hours including weekends.
