CPM have an exciting new opportunity for an In-store Marketing Coordinator to join the team working with ASDA in our Leeds based office on a fixed term basis. We offer a great a package including a salary of £18-21k per annum (Pro rata), working hours Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and generous employee benefits.

What does the role involve?

Working within the In-store marketing team you will coordinate the delivery of POS and experiential campaigns across the Asda Media Partnership (AMP) and Asda campaigns.
Liaising with the AMP and external stakeholders (print and design agencies) you will be responsible for delivering and checking campaign bookings and artwork to ensure that the brief is fulfilled to plan.

What will I be doing?

Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
• Creating campaign briefs for external stakeholders to work to.
• Liaising and managing briefs though the internal studio 368 stakeholders
• Reviewing completed work to ensure that the brief has been met in full, instructing on amendments if necessary.
• Ensure experiential campaigns are signed off to agreed parameters
• Work closely with Retail Operations to execute campaigns in store effectively
• Ensuring relevant sign off from legal or trading teams is sought when required
• Manage and maintain excellent working relationships with all parties
• Accurately complete admin including store briefs, activity status (using RAG process) and updating instore activity plan.
• Be a role model for Asda beliefs and demonstrate cultural awareness

• Have excellent communication skills and are confident in communicating across different stakeholders
• Have high attention to detail and excellent organisational and admin skills
• Have good commercial acumen
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
• Have excellent process management skills
