New Year, new job! We have permanent full-time job working for CPM as a Merchandiser. Working with market leading Stanley and Black & Decker products within trade stores. £25,000 per annum plus 10% bonus and a company vehicle.
Ideal location: Leicester LE1
Territory covering: Birmingham, Coventry, Derby, Hereford, Llandrindod Wells, Llandudno, Swansea, Leicester, Lincoln, Nottingham, Northampton, Peterborough, Cardigan, Stoke, Porthmadog, Telford, Worcester, Cannock, Walsall, Wolverhampton, St Albans, Cambridge, Brentwood, Sudbury, London Enfield, Harrow, High Wycombe, Ilford, Ipswich, Luton, Milton Keynes, North London, Norwich, Oxford, Stevenage, Slough, Uxbridge, Watford and surrounding areas
What will you be doing as a Trade Merchandiser?
• You will be visiting trade tool retailers in your territory merchandising the Stanley and De Walt product ranges in line with business objectives and guidelines.
• Supporting and collaborating with the sales team, this role is vital for the success of new product launches and promotions
• Implementing agreed promotions and installations across independents, builder’s merchants and buying groups in your territory
• Maintain shelf stock and ensure the products are always displayed correctly to encourage sales.
• Have an awareness of market and competitor activity, feeding back information on this and customer trends.
• Effectively demonstrate the products
• Attend & support at key commercial trade shows and events throughout the year.
• Building relationships across the account and achieving targets.
You would enjoy this Trade merchandiser role if
• You are an effective communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with trade customers and store contacts alike
• You are credible and have a good knowledge of the industry and power tool products
• You are organised and able to prioritise your workload
• Like to work hard and play hard, there is a great team culture!
• Have a full UK driving licence
