Based: Thame OX9

Working at our head office in Thame you would be providing operational support to our client managers and field teams, ensuring they receive a first-class administrative service.

This Operations Executive role is pivotal to making sure things run smoothly. Day to day you will look after the call file for our sales teams, and their employment details, in addition to providing invaluable support to the field team who often work remotely without access to the office. You will communicate via telephone, email and post and organise equipment for new employees, dealing with any queries too and liaising with other departments to quickly resolve any issues.

Whilst this role is based at our head office in Thame (currently homeworking due to COVID) you would from time to time have the opportunity to meet the field teams and clients when attending meetings in various locations across the UK.

• You have great communication skills, building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and managers alike.
• The opportunity to learn new skills appeals to you - we do not expect you to have experience in everything we do, but we are looking for a willingness and aptitude to learn
• Are tech savvy, happy to learn new systems with good computer skills including Excel.
• You love to find a solution to a problem and are always looking for new ways to do things and bring about improvements.

Your background

We are actively looking for people that don’t just do a great admin job but would also like the opportunity to look at ways to improve our operations and processes and would really take pride in delivering a high- quality service to both internal and external clients. You may be in an office administration or customer service role currently, recently left higher education, or be looking for a change in career and would like a job that really allows you to showcase your organisational skills and ability to multi-task!
