Facilities Manager (Fixed Term)
CPM is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team in Thame. We are recruiting on a Full-time, Fixed term contract basis of up to 12 months, starting as soon as possible paying up to £40,000 p/a (pro rata) plus benefits.
Working hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday- Friday to be worked 9am- 5.30pm.

Your role will be working as part of the Operations Management team and is accountable for the smooth running of all office facilities. You will have day-to-day management of the reception team, post room, site support and Site Maintenance.
Key areas of the role:
- Maintain an overview of current and predicted headcount and ensure enough office space and equipment (working in collaboration with IT)
- Ensure general security of the office through management of internal and external key holders, ensuring adequate cover and processes for opening and securely closing the office.
- Manage the budget for the site including monitoring expenditure and forecasting future expenditure.
- Build and manage an effective working relationship to ensure efficacy of service with suppliers. Lead on negotiation of site related supplier contract reviews, renewals, and ongoing management.
- Overall responsibility for effective Health and Safety policy and processes across head office and Field operations for the business.
Essential knowledge/Skills or Experience
- Proven experience of effective supplier management including complaint handling and cost negotiation
- People management experience
- Site related Regulatory / Compliance leadership
- Up to date Health and Safety management qualification (ideal)
