As the Samsung Media Content Creator you will be working closely with Samsung, leading the Training Delivery and Content Team to drive the face to face training targets and online Academy targets for both field and channel partners. The role will require the individual to be fully embedded into Samsung, working closely with stakeholders across the Samsung business. They will have a holistic view of training, working with the Head of Training on the strategic direction, and delivering against his plan. £28K salary, up to 15% annual bonus + company car, laptop, and phone

Key Responsibilities:
• Creating current and engaging training materials including brochures, training booklets and flyers for stakeholders.
• Reporting daily to the Digital Appliance Content Creator Team Leader and working within the Digital Appliance Training Team
• Continue to keep all content current and up to date within the current market
• Operate within the set guidelines of the roles and best practices
• Film and edit projects assigned by Team Leader
• Ensure all delivery is within the set and agreed project timescales
• To be considered a professional and expert within your field
• Drive and influence audience participation through social media platforms
• Manage your pipeline of work to ensure you meet deadlines and the development of materials
You'd be great for this role if you:
• Proven experience using existing social media platforms professionally
• You have experience creating exciting and engaging media materials
• Previous history producing media materials for online use and social media platforms
• Have knowledge of the Retail Tech market
• Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including use of word-processing documents
• Experience creating and updating spreadsheets
• Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) an advantage but not essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written with a natural ability to build relationships at all levels
• Strong resilience and a desire to drive continuous improvements in an ever-changing environment
• Highly methodical and organised
• You have a full clean driving licence
