Are you motivated by uncapped earning potential and passionate about the drinks industry? We're recruiting a Sales Executive to work on behalf of SHS – WKD!  (FTC for 14 weeks) £27,300 Basic salary pro-rata.  £55,380 OTE pro-rata

Territory: Chester, Liverpool, Warrington and surrounding areas

As a Sales Executive for WKD, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking charge of your designated area, meticulously mapping your territory, and driving the growth of WKD Vibe spirits in bars, clubs, and on-trade venues.
  • Leveraging your persuasive selling skills to sway key decision makers, adeptly discussing financials and painting a compelling ROI picture.
  • Ensuring the 5 WKD vibe spirits are available for customers to purchase and enjoy, including correct execution, is in place to drive the highest rate of sale.
  • Product activation in venues, including the use of a variety of engagement tools.

As a Sales Executive, you will be able to:

  • Build fast, strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers while influencing sales.
  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets, motivated through uncapped earning potential.
  • Overcome objections and adapt your sales technique and style to suit the decision-maker.
  • Work alone and manage your own time effectively.
  • Pick up stock from the cash and carry on a weekly basis.
  • Confidently discuss financials and influence sales using commercial persuasiveness.
