Are you a self-starter who loves building relationships? We have a great job for you to join our team in Leeds as an Operations Executive. £25.5k per annum (pro rata) and the opportunity to work with big brand names. This is a fixed-term contract until August 2023.

This Operations Executive is responsible for managing the Consumer Activation Salesforce system, which is utilised to create our field team store visits. 

While the management of the Consumer Activation Salesforce system is the primary focus of this role, other available time will be spent working on sampling and experiential activity planning.

The Operations Executive reports to the Head of Activation and is responsible for ensuring that our hybrid team of contracted and tactical colleagues has the information they need to book themselves onto visits and successfully complete activities that meet client and CPM standards.

Key Responsibilities-

Salesforce:

  • Work closely with the Insight & Reporting team, obtaining store lists for future activity.
  • Raise any issues with store lists and work with the Insight & Reporting team to resolve them.
  • Upload Field colleague questionnaires onto visits, whilst also making any edits that are required.
  • Update the CA Salesforce System as required with any additions or amends such as stands and cooking equipment.
  • Update Salesforce with store audit results.
  • Manage the data within Salesforce, setting up new Sampling & Experiential colleagues and changing colleagues to leavers onto the Salesforce system.

Sampling:

  • Run a sampling kitchen capturing information to be used within colleagues’ briefs.
  • Produce colleague briefing documents, incorporating any food safety and compliance information.
  • Review client briefs to ensure that all information required has been supplied.
  • Liaise regularly with the Field Management Team, communicating and obtaining their feedback.
  • Work closely with third-party suppliers to ensure that activity is on track.
  • Handle inbound line calls and keep the call log tracker up to date.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
