CPM have an amazing opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our team. We offer a great package including a salary of £21000, working hours of 9am-5pm Monday- Friday and an excellent employee benefits package including 26 days Holiday.

Location: Leeds LS2 7EY

The Operations Administrator is responsible for ensuring that internal teams have the information required to implement our media displays in our Asda stores each week. This role will work closely with the Field Managers to ensure the busy field team have all the necessary tools from an admin point of view to put up media displays in store on the correct day and to the correct standard. You will be updating spreadsheets, produce briefing documents, handling queries and ensuring the smooth running of this activity.

A day to day life in the role includes:

• Work with the Client Service team and support the team working on AMI (Asda Media Implementation) when needed.
• Use data provided to create an excel spreadsheet of call files
• Produce weekly colleague briefing documents
• Handle to resolution any queries from client, agency partners or internal stakeholders.
• Answer field colleague calls and manage any queries to resolution.
• Attend external and internal client meetings.
• Handle inbound info line calls and keep the call log tracker up to date
• Source bespoke equipment on an ad-hoc basis
• Deal with inbox enquires or direct them to the appropriate person/team
• Support the sampling team with the planning of sampling activities when required.

This would be a great role for you if:

• You have experience in a similar role liaising with clients in a fast-paced environment. This role has a high focus on administrative duties so having a Good knowledge of MS Office packages (PowerPoint, excel and word) Excel skills are essential
• You are a Self-starter with a positive, can do approach to the role.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Ability to be a proactive, forward thinker, who can provide logical, workable solutions quickly
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Due to the fast-moving environment, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt to change
