CPM are recruiting for an Operations Executive to work in our busy Leeds office, this is permanent role with great opportunities for progression for the right individual. Salary is £19,000 per annum. If you are organised with good admin skills, then please apply today!

What will you be doing?
This Operations Executive role is pivotal within the activation team in supporting the day to day delivery of in-store sampling activation. The main responsibilities of the role include;

• Managing the activation of branded sampling campaigns.
• Working with partner agencies on the delivery of sampling campaigns.
• Ensuring costs are up to date at all times for each campaign.
• Sourcing bespoke items that form part of a campaign and ensuring all costs logged correctly.
• Answering inbound calls and emails from the CPM field team resolving any queries. • Liaising with our Logistics and Distribution partners to obtain quotes and ensure they’re clear on the brief.
• Being creative and innovative when creating briefing documents.
• Providing support when needed on the activation of Asda own label and local sampling campaigns.
• Supporting the Senior Activation executive as and when required
• Supporting with any ad hoc tasks as requested by the Activation Managers.

• You have a good knowledge of MS Office packages (PowerPoint, excel and word)
• You have strong organisational skills– with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• You are proactive, forward thinker, who can provide logical, workable solutions to problems quickly
• You build great relationships with people, using your strong interpersonal skills and have a customer focused approach
• You can control a multitude of tasks, processes and priorities to achieve all agreed objectives and deadlines
• You have excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times
• You thrive working in a fast-moving environment, and you are flexible and able to adapt to change
