CPM UK are an award-winning Field Marketing agency and we are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated with excellent communication skills to join us as an Operations Executive to support us as part of our Operations team based in Thame. This is a three-month fixed term contract, from £22000.00 (pro-rata) with a mix of office/home based working.

What will you be doing?
You would work to implement the clients agreed operational plan, following a project plan in order to meet all agreed service standards & deadlines. You strive to ensure that a high standard quality service is always achieved.

This Operations Executive role is pivotal to making sure things run smoothly. Day to day you will make training and event arrangements for the field teams, work with third parties to ensure that kit/equipment is purchased/distributed and be the first point of contact for trouble shooting and problem resolution.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Maintaining effective communication routes between internal & external teams and appropriate supplier contacts to ensure efficient sharing & use of information.
• Working with the Virtual Account Team on day to day trouble shooting and problem resolution (often working to short deadlines in a fast-paced environment!).
• To ensure that relevant documentation is produced and dispatched to required standard and timescales.
• Use relevant company software / systems to maintain effective field support – an excellent knowledge of Word and Excel are essential
• Working with third parties to ensure that account equipment is distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery.
• To oversee the provision of accurate, relevant and timely delivery of all internal processes to ensure Information and ways of working are appropriate to requirements.
• Working to implement the plans put in place to meet all agreed service standards & deadlines. This will include communicating changes to ensure that a high standard quality service is always achieved.

• Has proven problem-solving skills and is a multitasking ninja!
• Can be proactive - a forward thinker, who can provide logical, workable solutions quickly
• Has excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy always
• Has excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently talk to people at all levels.
• Has previously used salesforce as this would be advantageous
