Socialise with a brand leader! We are looking for a brand aware Social Media Executive to be the online ambassador for Stanley Black & Decker. Excellent salary up to £29k DOE, based at their prestigious head office in Slough

We are recruiting for an exciting new Social Media Executive role working for Stanley Black & Decker, representing their market leading tool brands. You will be the bridge between Stanley Black & Decker and their various brand communities on their social media platforms. Acting as the ambassador for the company and their brands, you will be responding to queries received, engaging with their followers and enhancing the customer relationship and perception of Stanley Black and Decker via your communications.

What will the Social media Executive role entail?
Based in the head office in Slough, you will be employed as a Community Manager and your role will include the following:
• Working with the customer support team to resolve customer issues via social media
• Nurture positive relationships with their online audience, reflecting the brand values
• Working with the marketing team to develop and execute their social media strategy, delivering against marketing initiatives
• Be responsible for managing social media related tools and platforms
• Track, evaluate and report regularly on social media interactions
• Monitor trends in social, digital and mobile media, suggesting and implementing any that would positively impact the business
• Attend and contribute in bran-storming sessions, brining innovative ideas to support the business objectives

You would love this Social Media Executive role if: -
• You have experience of working within digital/social media, preferable in a corporate environment
• You have a Marketing or Business degree with a focus on digital marketing
• Have excellent communication skills and are creative with the ability to write great original content
• Know how to engage with consumers through social media whilst maintaining a great brand image
• Have experience executing and coordinating digital and Facebook campaigns
• Have experience of using role relevant platforms and tools such as Percolate and Socialbaker
• Love working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and are used to meeting deadlines
• Are looking for a role where you can really use your qualifications and experience to make an impact to how this fantastic brand and its products are perceived
