If you are a driven inspirational Regional Field Sales Manager, you will want to read the exciting opportunity below!! CPM are working with LRS and we’re currently recruiting a tenacious Field Sales Manager to join our team. You will be working full time for 6 months, from end March 2020. We pay an amazing £100 per day plus completion bonus.
As an already successful Regional Field Sales Manager you will be tasked with leading a team of high energy Van Sales Representatives. We have an abundance of Sales opportunities which we need your skills and expertise to help us drive and exceed our client’s expectations.
The Role
• To manage a team of Field Sales Executives to drive the sales of Lucozade/Ribena products, maximising distribution and availability of products in convenience stores the UK.
• Coaching and performance management to exceed sales performance targets
• Ensure compliance of daily sales tracking and drive results to ensure monthly targets are hit.
• Review individual performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Experience Required
• Proven field management experience essential
• Strong Leadership skills
• Strong commercial selling skills and techniques essential
• FMCG background preferred but not essential
• Adaptable to change and welcome the opportunity that this provides
• Real ability to interrogate data from all sources and use it to understand your teams’ area and seek out the opportunities from this.
• Excellent word/excel knowledge, ability to report using both Laptop/tablet
• Must have a full UK driving licence and happy to use own vehicle (Mileage Paid)

Details:
Start Dates: 30th March 2020
Coverage: Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, York, Newcastle, Darlington and surrounding areas
Working: Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 7.00pm (flexible), 37.5 hours per week
Brief: Face to face briefing in Birmingham on 7th & 8th April
Campaign start date: 9th April 2020
The Reward: £100 per day, plus 0.28ppm mileage, plus £25 per week completion bonus based on team achieving all sales targets & paid on completion of all days worked
