As an Operations Administrator you would be responsible for working as part of a team to ensure the delivery of a smooth, planned, and organised operational service to stakeholders.

With this in mind it would be beneficial, but not essential, for you to have some previous administration experience.

Salary: up to £22K DOE

Being a part of this team of you would assist in the day-to-day administration tasks required to run the account support function for one or more of our client’s field activities. 

  Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that account tool-kits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation) are produced and dispatched to required standards and timescales.
  • To ensure that account equipment is distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery.
  • Follow an audit/QC process on contracts/photographs and work completed
  • Work with the account team on trouble shooting and problem resolution.
  • Ensure that working processes are documented in line with operational guidelines.
  • Participate in reviewing current working practices and procedures/ systems.
  • Represent operational team at Field Meetings as required.
  • Use relevant software / systems to maintain effective field support e.g. ConTact / salesforce
  • Complete field visits and ensure that the learning from these visits are documented and shared as appropriate.
  • Other duties as required which are reasonably within the scope of the role.

The above tasks need to be fulfilled whilst working to relevant operational processes and standards and ensuring that these are adhered to by external customers (e.g. field team, suppliers, Business Managers).

  • Experience of MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
