Our client is looking for an administration assistant to work within the dealer development and aftersales team. You would be responsible for administrative support, liaising with providers and subcontractors. 

This role is a full-time permanent position, based locally to Thame, with the possibility for hybrid working. 

Salary is dependent on experience (£24-£26K) 
28 days holiday + bank 
Additional holiday scheme with long service
Company bonus scheme 
Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday.

 

Key accountabilities and purpose:

·        To complete key administration functions within the Training Department and dealer network, assisting with the planning and organizing of annual graduation events, uniform ordering and end of year surveys.

·        To assist in the development and administration of all apprenticeship programmes.

·        To work with and support our key training providers to arrange accommodation, travel and special requirements for all apprentices on programme.

·        To be involved in general administration such as meeting arrangement, publications of service bulletins, high profile meeting minutes, and purchase orders for the aftersales department.

·        Recall Support within the aftersales department such as dealer or customer calls, dealer re-assignments and operator maintenance.
