We have a new and exciting opportunity as an Insight Analyst, for an analytical and business minded individual, to join the Axis team at CPM. This role will require 2-3 office days a week.

Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

Salary: £30-40K DOE

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support Axis in delivering next level performance for our clients, through harnessing the power of our data analytics toolkit and creating bespoke solutions.

You will provide insights and recommendations from data, combined with knowledge from Field and Commercial teams, 3rd party agencies as well as undertaking your own research.

You will influence key internal and external decision makers in order to deliver continuous change and achievement of key success criteria.

Experience:

  • Retail, marketing, supply chain or SME landscape
  • Delivering insight to drive behavioural and business change
  • Able to operate on own initiative
  • Client facing experience
  • Constructing data models to evaluate marketing success eg ROI
  • Working with market, category or consumer data (eg epos, TGI, GfK)

Technical skills and knowledge

  • Able to communicate complex ideas with clarity and credibility and to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Advanced Excel data handling and model building
  • Power BI & DAX
  • Powerpoint to present compelling insight
  • Data capture technology and application eg Salesforce
  • End to end marketing analytics - data capture & report design, segmentation, consumer targeting and campaign evaluation using quantitative and qualitative techniques
