About the role:

We have a brilliant opportunity for an Activity Planning Co-ordinator to join our Marketing Operations team! The role supports the Customer Programme Manager on delivery of key meetings and content across the customer floor.

You will support with the creative brief, however will be working more so on the activity planning and coordinating of the projects.

You will have the opportunity to liaise with many areas of the business during the activity planning. This will give you a breadth of experience, working with our Strategy, Proposition, Media, Creative, Insight, PR, POS and Community teams.

What does the Activity Planning Co-ordinator role involve?:
• Support the Customer Programme Manager and Planner with reporting on marketing activities, including Campaigns, Projects and Owned Media. Ensuring content is submitted on time.
• Organise the timings and agendas for the daily Creative and Strategic Walkthroughs, agreeing and prioritising content within these sessions with your manager
• Work closely with PAs of our leadership team to align diaries ensuring sufficient time is allocated per campaign for discussion and sign off
• Own the structure and permissions of Customer SharePoint for the entire customer function.
• Support with key marketing meetings, ensuring documents are ready in a timely fashion and the right attendees are present
• Manage deadlines, delegate and follow up actions on innovation ideas on behalf of the leadership team.


You would be based in ASDA house with some flexibility for hybrid working.

• You have experience in marketing (this would be ideal but not limited)

• You can build great working relationships across a number of internal stakeholders, including senior contacts
