Premier Foods has an exciting new opportunity for a Consumer Relations Support Coordinator to join their office team based in High Wycombe. We offer an excellent salary of £29k-£32k dependent on experience, 25 days holiday per year and pension.

What will I be doing?
As a Consumer Relations Support Coordinator you will have three important parts to your over all role.
You will be working as part of a central team taking responsibility for data management and reporting for colleagues, factories and brand managers. You will also be working closely with all stakeholders ensuring that we deliver the voice of consumers and deliver the best insights to the business.
You will also be required to assist the Consumer care coordinator providing cover for any consumer care related enquiries and escalations and assist with administrative support to ensure our records and documents are up to date.
The other part of your role will include supporting the consumer relations Coordinator with resolving contentious or non-standard queries, providing cover for the consumer relations coordinator when on holiday, ensuring knowledge data bases are up to date and provide correct and appropriate information to consumer care advisors.
We would love to speak to people who:
• Have a minimum of 2 years consumer relations and consumer care experience
• Have excellent IT skills including use of systems, excel, power point and data bases
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Are calm and collected, able to handle difficult situations and juggle multiple issues
• Have previous experience working in a technical environment within the Food industry would be a preference
