We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive that is experienced in online, offline, social, digital, and traditional media marketing to increase CPM’s brand recognition through both organic and paid channels.

Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

The role is hybrid working and you can be based in either the UK or Ireland.  Regular visits expected to any one of our offices in Dublin, Thame or Leeds.

Salary: £25-30K DOE

The role:

  • Develop an understanding of target audience and successfully activate the annual marketing plan using digital and offline media channels.
  • Positively promote CPM’s brand across social media channels, gaining followers, increasing engagement, and increasing positive sentiment.
  • Create content for use on social media including video, animations, and visual graphics.
  • Manage paid online marketing campaigns and report results using a range of digital platforms.
  • Manage and schedule content including video for social media channels and produce top-line monthly reports for management with an awareness of budgeting deadlines.
  • Write engaging, positive, and helpful content for both online SEO, and print media.
  • Updating and maintaining website content and monitoring performance.
  • Coordinate events, scheduling and admin support on all Marketing campaigns, events, media plans etc.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and provide proactive support as needed.
  • Analyse and monitor competitor marketing activity and share insight.
  • Publish regular insights and PR the activity plan for internal newsletters and communication channels.
  • Develop consistent designs for new business tender documents and collate master content.
  • Effective management of design and set up of the visual offers for client promotions featured on CPM’s B2B engagement app.
  • Manage ATL Marketing Activity for B2B engagement app in line wider marketing calendar.
  • Analyse activity on B2B engagement app and share results for client reports.
  • Administration support for the Marketing and New Business function.

Knowledge/technical skills:              

  • Excellent storytelling skills which demonstrate energy, creativity, passion
  • Knowledge of conducting research and evaluations.
  • The ability to drive online success with support, ideas, and creativity at all stages
  • Able to reword copy content to optimise selected key words
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Content Management systems would be ideal, but training can be provided
  • Highly organised individual who can coordinate projects and get involved in hands on delivery
