CPM are looking for a Scheduling Manager (known internally as Senior Field Activation Manager), who will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of to 5 Execs, who are delivering the Consumer Activation and Flexible Grocery team growth strategy. This role is a permanent role, paying up to £35,000 p/a plus bonus, company car and other amazing benefits.

Location: Thame OX9
This role will be based in Thame for 3 days and 2 days spent in the field

Your role will be to support the delivery model where we increase the rate of sale of our clients’ brands through a mixture of active selling, product sampling, off shelf display, point of sale, and implementation of category management principles.

Reporting to the Senior Field Delivery Manager, the Senior Field Activation Manager is responsible for the management of 4 Field Activation (Operations) Executives and 1 Photo Compliance Executive. They will be required to builds effective relationships with the field team & key stake holders for key coverage and compliance KPIs to be met.

They will also be responsible developing and maintaining a quality framework that encompasses both regulatory and health & Safety compliance

Key Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
• To manage team with the scheduling of colleagues on our Flex and Consumer Activation accounts.
• To understand where we currently have activity and provide direction and priorities to the team
• To communicate effectively with field colleagues, field team managers & key stakeholders via telephone and email.
• To assess and review colleague performance, through report analysis on an ongoing basis.
• To achieve set Key Performance Indicators regarding coverage, productivity, quality, and sales measures.
• Manage payroll and expenses processes for all field colleagues.
• Responsible developing and maintaining a quality framework
• Field H&S documentation, compliance training, documentation, reviewing and refreshing

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required
• Being well organized and possessing time management skills are key to this type of position.
• Good people management skills are also key - keeping everyone motivated and aligned to the ASDA’s and CPM’s purpose and culture are important.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to meet requirements associated with contact with the client, office and team.
• Proven problem-solving skills with an innovative approach, often under pressurised circumstances will ensure seamless execution at store with support from colleagues, in store contacts and the office.
• Being a self-starter with a positive disposition is essential.
• PC skills using Windows software.

Experience
• Previous recruitment and or contact centre
• Field Management Experience
• Hours: You will work between 37.5 hrs per week. This role will include some weekend working.

Package Details: Salary up to £35,000 per annum, company car, company bonus, pension, 34 days holiday (total including bank holidays), mobile phone and tablet.

You must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
