The Regional Sales Manager role:
Working for CPM on behalf of our client Diageo, the Regional Sales Manager will be expected to lead a sales team in and improving visibility and rate of sale of innovative Diageo brands in the Grocery channel. Managing our team of Grocery Business Development Executives , you will need to be happy to start overnight as travel across the territory for field accompaniments and outside it to attend regional and national meetings will be essential.

• Have previous experience of managing a field sales team to deliver to targets across a broad range of measures
• Are adept at managing the development of employees, including Performance Management of under-performing individuals.
. You have strong people skills and managing and resolving conflict to seeks 'win win' outcomes is second nature to you
• You are a problem solver, proactively seeking wasy to improve processes and perceptions for the benefit of CPM and Diageo
• You have good presentation and Influencing skills
• Experienced in evaluation, data analysis and report writing
• Full UK Driving licence essential
