We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join our Contact Centre team based in Thame. We offer a great package with a starting salary of £18,000 which will then increase to £18,500 after successful completion of the Guinness accreditation programme.
What will I be doing?
Primarily the role is focused on ensuring licensees equipment is ready and able to pour. Using your technical expertise, you will assist your customer through first line diagnostics, using necessary skills to question the customer in a polite and professional manner and where appropriate you will solve their queries during the first contact. More complex matters will be managed by scheduling a Quality Engineer to attend the site within a set time frame.

You will update and maintain In-house database’s with relevant information about the call and check that other key data fields are correct conducting other administrative tasks as directed by your line manager.
You will use your excellent people skills to build strong relationships with regional field colleagues and proactively develop an understanding of regional strategy and activities.

•Have experience in a customer service/sales environment
•Have experience of working in the licensed publican trade - desirable but not essential
•Can prioritise your workload and enjoy working within a fast paced environment
•Have excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
•Love problem solving and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenges as they arise
•Have attention to detail in order to maintain accurate records and information updating the database
•Work well within a team
What we offer:
•Salary of £18,000 which will then increase to £18,500 after successful completion of the Guinness accreditation programme.
•22 Days holiday plus bank holidays
•Monday – Friday with shifts between 8am – 6pm on a rota basis. Also working 1 in 4 Weekends Saturday hours 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-3pm. (with time off in Lieu during the week) and bank holidays.
•37.5 hours per week
