New year, new opportunity! CPM have an exciting opportunity for a content planner to support the to work on behalf of Asda. The role is to support in the creation and execution of Asda content across social, OOH and digital on a national level.

You will work with different areas across he business and our agency partners, to deliver best in class content and to help manage effective test and learn strategies that will drive compelling conversation with our customers in an appropriate way.

The ins and outs
To work with the content manager to develop, execute and deliver engaging, market and data driven content that connects with customers, employees and opinion leaders and meet business objectives.
Support in delivering content for a wide breadth of campaigns across CSR initiatives and key trader events
Work with key agencies to achieve strong content, production and delivery
Play an active role in aligning to TV and broadcast activity to ensure all national content aligns to the overall brand message in a consistent way from a creative, language and TOV perspective
Work with proposition, media and design to ensure national plans are joined up to create and develop relevant content
tracking budgets and feeding the the P&L process, as part of the Customer function, adhering to Asda;s LCOM targets
Support in test and learn of all content building a robust plan that can flex according to response.

What you will need
As a content coordination planner, you will need proven project management skills along with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels. What else you will need:
Good creative ability
You must be an organised person with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate cross functional working
Ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
A proven commercial acumen and budget responsibility
A proven track record of operations and executional excellence
An understanding of retail and the ability to adapt plans and thinking
