At CPM, we pride ourselves on innovation, service delivery, and client satisfaction. As a leading player in our industry, we are seeking a talented Senior Account Manager within Experiential and Sampling for a key Client within our business.
 
Ideal Location: Leeds, United Kingdom, LS2

Salary:£55- 61K DOE 

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9 – 5.30 (37.5 hours a week)  
 
As the Senior Account Manager you will be the senior contact of experiential and sampling within our retailer clients business, taking care of all senior level client relationships and delivering excellent service levels both yourself and via your team. Using this insight, coupled with your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen, you will build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.  

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Set the strategy and vision for developing and improving our proposition to brands and retailers, identifying opportunities to improve what we do.
  • Be a respected and valued expert to our clients by keeping abreast of latest industry developments and making recommendations that deliver meaningful improvements.
  • Be digital first in your approach to drive forwards our digital innovation supporting our strategy.
  • Build our capability and credibility to deliver business intelligence and insights to clients that help them to understand the value of our activations.
  • Develop, produce and present engaging proposals.
  • Endure high standards by holding to account broader teams to successfully deliver client campaigns.
  • Drive and deliver the commercials.
  • Develop new business opportunities within your own client and beyond.

Requirements:  

  • Retail or agency background ideally within shopper marketing.
  • Experience in activation within previous roles e.g. sampling, experiential or events.
  • A creative thinker who can breakdown a client brief/objectives and propose brilliant solutions.
  • Strong client handling skills and experience managing clients at mid level.
  • Amazing people skills with the ability to build rapport and influence internal teams.
  • Commercially astute, good with numbers and able to demonstrate a capability to deliver commercial plans.
