We are looking for a part time Field Team Manager to support a team of 9 Brand Ambassadors working in various retail stores across Manchester, London, Derby and Swindon, working every Friday afternoon and all-day Saturday from 30th August until the end of the year.

What will you be doing?
You will be managing a team, who will work 9 sites across the UK for 2 days a week. You will ensure field teams are working in the stores on the days requested and for the shift times. You will be managing performance and checking that the team are reporting correctly, you will also be involved in signing off working hours and expenses.

To succeed in this role, you must be an experienced Team Manager and be able to inspire and motivate your team to get the best results. The Ideal candidate will have…
• Experience managing people including venue contacts and teams.
• Experience of training Brand Ambassadors/conducting field visits
• Experience of managing KPI performance delivery and ability to take necessary action to intervene if KPIs aren’t going to be met
• Experience of managing and collecting reporting daily findings and results.
• The ability to think on your feet and be solution focused in any situation or issue that arises.
• Excellent communication skills

• Pay is £100 per day plus mileage and expenses
• You will have the security of regular work from 6/9/19 until the end of the year (22/12/19).
• Working hours: Friday 1pm-5pm or 2pm-6pm, Saturdays 8 hours between 9-6pm (may vary)
• Team training will be arranged in London for 6th September, that we would love you to be apart of
