To help directly drive our success we are looking for a home-based Regional Support Executive to ensure that our field-based colleagues are booked to complete work on the correct day and to a high standard. £21k per annum + company bonus scheme

Ideal location: Leeds

What you would be doing day to day...
You will be working from home, checking where team managers have potential gaps in field coverage for either auditing, merchandising or sales activities. You will pro-actively contact field staff on our database, via phone and email, to encourage them to pick up the work to close these gaps and keep team managers aware of progress, sometimes working to very tight deadlines.

Ensuring that any point of sale schedule for delivery makes it to store, tracking deliveries and managing proof of delivery documents.

Take responsibility for communication with the wider operations teams and internal recruitment to cover gaps in coverage.

Occasional travel for team meetings required.
