Make every day a great day by applying today! Work for CPM as a Regional Development Executive representing JTI (including Benson and Hedges, Silk Cut, Logic). You will be responsible for building strategic plans across Key Multiple Grocers (high street supermarkets) and Account Managed Convenience at a regional level. This will include a range of support services and educational support with a keen eye for identifying the right course of action for top performing stores versus the lowest performing stores. £23,500 + £2000 bonus (p.a. pro-rata) + company car, tablet and phone. This is a fixed term contract with an anticipated end date of 30 June 2021

Ideal location – B4 Birmingham

Territory covering the following areas: Birmingham, Norfolk, Hull, Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas

A full UK driving licence is essential for this job.

What will you be doing in this Retail Development Executive job?
Representing JTI, one of the UK’s leading FMCG brands, you will develop relationships with managers, building proposals and present at regional meetings with the longer term objective of building better relationships instore for the wider JTI team.
You will report into a Field Manager who will support, coach and develop you to help you be your very best.

Your day to day will include:
• Building great relationships with the stores in your territory
• Presenting at regional meetings within cluster stores
• Instilling good working practices in store, providing key advice and support
• Educating staff and key decision makers on the JTI product portfolio
• Daily reporting and data analysis to support in-store decision making
