CPM have an amazing new opportunity for a Senior Activation Executive to join our team based in Leeds.
We offer a great package including a salary of £22,000 working hours of 9am-5pm Monday- Friday and an excellent employee benefits package.

You will be working with multiple clients within the business, managing sampling activities and media implementation from the point of receiving a brief through to instore execution of the activity.

You will report into the Activation Manager, the Senior Activation Executive is responsible for ensuring that our hybrid team of both contracted and tactical colleagues have the information that they need to complete the media implementation or sampling activity in store successfully and meet client and CPM standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and produce client/colleague briefs to ensure that all information required has been supplied
• Using the client brief and store level data, amalgamate the data to produce an order matrix and call file for each week’s activity
• Liaise with logistics providers and ensure client-imposed deadlines are being met for each activity
• Attend weekly meetings with the client’s media sales agency
• Update the CPM Salesforce system as required
• Liaise regularly with the Field Management Team
• Handle inbound info line calls and keep the call log tracker up to date
• Deal with inbox enquires or direct them to the appropriate person/team
• Create report on colleague wages and expenses, send to payroll for processing
• Deal with payroll queries passing them to the Payroll Team if required
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required
• Self-starter with a positive disposition is essential.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/365)
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel
• High level of analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data
• Organisational skills - Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Ability to be a proactive, forward thinker, who can provide logical, workable solutions quickly
• Interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach
Experience - Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Information:
• Location: Our CPM office is based in Leeds however you will work between home and the office flexibly. You will also be required to work on-site with your client, who is also based in Leeds.
• Salary: Up to £22,000 p/a DOE
• Starting ASAP
• Permanent
