Raise a glass to a new career! CPM are looking for great Sales Executives to work for us selling in the innovative Diageo draught cocktail range in the fast paced On Trade sector. £25,323 + bonus of up to £3,000 per annum + company car, iPad and mobile phone

Ideal location: Leeds LS1

Territory covering: Yorkshire - Leeds, Sheffield and surrounding areas

The Sales Executive role:
Employed by CPM as a Cocktail Territory Development Executive in their growing Diageo On Trade Team you would be visiting free, leased, tenanted and managed on trade accounts in your territory (bars and restaurants). CPM and Diageo are leaders in their fields and we offer great training and progression prospects for the right people to grow and be promoted, both within CPM and Diageo itself.

Key responsibilities include: -
 Managing the development if draught cocktails by securing distribution in key on trade outlets
 Activating draught cocktails at the point of purchase to ensure that great looking, great tasting draught cocktails are visible and delivered on every occasion.
 Achieving monthly KPI’s across the above two areas
 Developing customer relationships across the account base
 Playing a key role as part of a wider team, responsible for the overall performance in the city
 Responsibility for the quality, serve standard of activation of draught cocktails in your territory
This is not a mundane sales job! Your priorities could change from day to day, so you will need to enjoy variety and thrive on the opportunities that such a dynamic environment provides.

What qualities/previous experience would make this a great job for you?
 Previous sales experience
 Ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients
 Knowledge of the city or region.
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced target driven environment
 Always seeking new opportunities to drive visibility and rate of sale - evolving your strategy based on constant Measurement & Evaluation
 Team player
 Organised – able to manage a host of priorities.
 Previous On-Trade experience an advantage but not essential, however you will need a passion for the on trade – that shines through in the way you sell and activate
