New year, new Job! CPM are looking for Drinks Dispense Technicians to work for us installing and maintaining Diageo equipment in the fast paced On Trade sector. £competitive salary plus company vehicle

Ideal location: Edinburgh EH1

Territory covering: Edinburgh and surrounding areas

The Drinks Dispense Executive / Drinks Dispense technician role:
Employed by CPM as a Drinks Dispense Executive in their growing Diageo On Trade Team you would be visiting pubs, hotels, restaurants, stadia, and major event venues in your territory. You will be planning, installing, withdrawing and maintaining Diageo permanent and temporary equipment, including their exciting and innovative draught Cocktail equipment.

Key responsibilities include: -
• Planning, installation, withdrawal, and maintenance of permanent and temporary dispense equipment, completing visits to a scheduled journey plan
• Educate and demonstrate to the outlet and staff how to deliver the perfect serve and explain the consumer proposition and track and report on product quality
• Respond to and resolve customer Emergency Calls
• Accurately manage equipment stocks and record Diageo assets in trade
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, always striving to achieve the best customer experience
• Delivery and placement of POS material and basic merchandising when required
• Work within industry health and safety standards
• To operate in an effective, efficient and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing CPM and Diageo and
• Pro-actively generate new ideas and ways of working and be on the look-out for new distribution & visibility opportunities

What qualities/previous experience would make this a great job for you?
• Experience of working in the On-Trade sector in a customer facing role
• Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach.
• Tech and system savvy with evidence of being able to work with equipment/tools and diagnostics to identify faults
• Experience of reading technical drawings an advantage
• Experienced multi-tasker able to solve problems
• Willing to learn new skills and to adapt to new and changing technologies and environments.
• Well organised with ability to work individually and as part of a team sometimes under pressure.
• Happy to sometimes work outside of normal working hours and stay away from home from time-to-time
