As the Training Co-ordinator you are responsible for the day to day support for the delivery of all training administration. This includes reporting, supporting the booking of training events and courses, and co-ordinating the delivery of stock and plans for events. This is a fantastic role to establish yourself in a vibrant and fast paced team. Key Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for all training administration tasks, enabling the trainers to focus their time on training creation and delivery.
• Book rooms and manage training events as required
• Ensure that account toolkits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation or stock) are produced and dispatched to required standards and timescales.
• Provide and maintain effective communication routes between CPM and Samsung and appropriate supplier contacts to ensure efficient sharing and use of information.
• To oversee the provision of accurate, relevant and timely delivery of all internal processes to ensure Information and ways of working are appropriate to requirements.
• To be responsible for setting up and running reporting by retailer
• Working with third parties to ensure that stock is distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery.
• Work with the wider Training Team on day to day trouble shooting and problem resolution (often working to short deadlines in a fast-paced environment).
• Positive reaction to change – in a fast-moving environment the ability to be able to understand and manage change in a flexible way with a positive and can-do attitude

You’d be great for this role if:
• You have 2 years’ experience in an operations/customer service role
• System savvy and proficient in MS Office applications, and able to pick up new systems with ease
• Have a high attention to detail
• Well organised with ability to work on own and as part of a team sometimes under pressure.
• The role requires some activity outside of normal working hours. This may include staying away from home and working unsociable hours occasionally
• You have a full driving licence as you will be required to spend some time each week working out of the Samsung offices in Chertsey
• Able to work outside standard hours and away from home occasionally
