Are you ready to lead and inspire? As the National Field Manager for our Tactical Clients, you'll be at the forefront of managing a team of Regional Sales Managers, steering them towards exceeding distribution targets in the convenience market. Your role is pivotal in driving the success of Tactical Clients' amazing product portfolios.

Ideal Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom, B1 

National coverage required

Essential Experience:

  • Proven National Field Management
  • Demonstrated supportive
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Presentation and influencing skills

Highly Desired Experience:

  • Previous convenience experience
  • Commercial experience in B2B or B2C

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to execute Tactical Clients' convenience
  • Lead, manage, and inspire the regional field management team
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to innovate and motivate the national team
  • Resource management through recruitment, retention, coaching, and development
  • Drive continuous improvements and overcome challenges
