We have an exciting opportunity available as a Service Delivery Engineer based in our head office in Thame. If you have experience in a supporting role and enjoy working to find solutions for customers, we want to hear from you! Up to £34,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience, Bupa healthcare, generous holiday allowance, Hybrid working. 37.5 hours Monday-Friday.

As the Service Delivery Engineer, you will work as part of the Technology division for the CPM Group, we work closely with customers and end users of our IT solutions and implementations.  

This customer focused role would suit an individual with a general interest in technology who is motivated to broaden their knowledge and learn new skills.   Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a team, you will support with the implementation of new Salesforce based solutions for our internal customers as well as assisting with changes and amends ongoing. (Full training will be provided if you are unfamiliar with Salesforce)
  • Understand, trouble-shoot and resolve issues and queries.
  • Provide training to users (field and operations), in-person and remote where appropriate.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure solutions are implemented to jointly agreed requirements, quality standards and timescales.
  • In conjunction with your Service Delivery Team colleagues, develop strategies, policies and best practice which optimise CPM processes and systems.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fully proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Entry or Intermediate level knowledge of Software platforms for Retail Execution or Contact Centre/CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task are essential requirements for the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Clear and concise communication and presentations skills.
  • Educated to degree level desirable but is not essential.
  • Fluency in other languages (European) would be an advantage but is not essential.
