CPM are looking for a Content and Asset Administrator to join the Samsung DA Training Team, this is a hybrid role, and you will be asked to work from the office near Meadlake. This is a part time role working 22.5 hrs pw; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Salary £27k pro rate, £16200 for 22.5 hour week.

What will you be doing as our Content and Asset Administrator?
As a proactive member of the consumer electronics team, in the Content and Asset Administrator’s role you will manage and maintain the use of images, video & other content relating to Samsung products. You will also ensure that documents are up to date on the database and archived when appropriate.
You’ll be supporting the training delivered by the wider training team to both internal/external customers.
The main responsibilities of this role will be:
- Working with the Content Manager to manage and maintain the DA Training assets and data bases
- Work closely with Samsung colleagues to manage and maintain the Samsung internal drive where the marketing material is stored.
- Manage and maintain the online storage portal, ensuring videos, marketing material and images are stored on the cloud, uploading to Head office network drives and other in-house systems
- Accurate reporting to Manager on the status of databases and documents and images to ensure all content is current and accurate
- Work with the Content Manager to ensure that all material is uploaded or removed to support product updates
- Endorse and build client & team relations
Our successful administrator with be someone with:

- Previous administrational experience
