We are looking for a Social Content & Insights Analyst who will be responsible for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest organic accounts for our client ASDA in Leeds. Paying up to £26,000 p/a DOE (pro rata) for a Fixed Term contract of 10 months.

Ideal location: Leeds, United Kingdom, LS11

Salary: Up to £26k per annum DOE (pro rata) 

As a Social Media Content & Insight Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Social Team and part of the wider Social Transformation Group, working with different stakeholders across the business such as the Sprinklr, Quantium, Procurement, Media, Trading and PR departments. ​​

Working alongside the Social Manager, Planner, and Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the analysis, monitoring, and publishing of organic social media content across the ASDA social channels driving daily insight and providing recommendations to support the development of a best-in-class publishing strategy​. 

You will be fantastic as a Social Contact and Insights Planner if you:

  • Have substantial experience working for a business managing their Social Media accounts, helping to increase engagement with their audience.
  • Substantial experience using social media scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Later or Hootsuite and working knowledge of digital channels/ social media platforms.
  • Make informed recommendations regarding emerging and technologies, working closely with the social and content team in house and with our agencies to share key learnings and drive performance. 
  • ​Pull and analyse social analytic reports that inform the social team, content team and our agencies on the performance of our social content as well as social mentions, horizon scanning and social listening.  
  • ​Drive escalation of knowledge, supporting the management of key relationships with platform, channel partners and owners as well as working closely with the Media planning teams to ensure we are striving for growth and are fully abreast social and content team in house and with our agencies to share key learnings and drive performance. 
  • ​Provide recommendations and insight for growth strategies for the social media accounts, identifying new opportunities in social media and play a proactive role in terms of proposal development and conversion – unlocking innovative partnerships with platforms, digital companies, and influencers.
