Hyphen have a new and exciting opportunity for a Production Executive to join a production/warehouse/logistics team in Norwich. Hyphen are a boutique live events & experiential agency who are part of the CPM Group, who work with a portfolio of respected corporate clients all across the UK.

Salary: Up to £24k p/a DOE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Ideal Location: Norwich, United Kingdom, NR1

The role of a Production Executive is to support the Production Director and Hyphen team with the building and delivery of kit using in experiential campaigns. Initially the role will involve mainly admin related support tasks, based mostly in our office/warehouse but following on from the initial training period, working from home is an option. You will have the opportunity to go to events, client meetings and supplier meetings. There will be lots of interaction with other colleagues across all departments, clients, and a multitude of suppliers.

What will you be doing:

  • Working as part of the production team to ensure the smooth delivery of experiential projects.
  • Take briefs from production, client service team, colleagues and on occasions direct from clients or other agencies
  • Take ownership of smaller client projects when fully trained up
  • Various administrative tasks, such as researching materials and products, sourcing suppliers and costs, raising purchase orders, preparing briefing documents, day to day running of the warehouse
  • Telephone/internet research to source suppliers, venues and/or other relevant information
  • Processing all work using pre-agreed systems – kit, event details, load lists, creating kit lists for new kit
  • Operations and logistics of client kit and crew
  • Updating all kit and stock records for client owned equipment on our in-house tracker
  • Playing an active support role on site at live events and on occasion running your own

What do we need from you?

  • Ideally you will have a production background or have worked within warehouse/logistics
  • Passion! We can teach a lot of our work but we need you to want to learn and take on new challenges!
  • A full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle (There will be travel involved in this role, to supplier sites, client meetings, site visits and visiting our Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire)
  • Highly organised with great time management skills and great ability to prioritise and manage your own job list.
  • Experienced with the MS Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage your own time and understand how to prioritise
  • Knowledge on Health & Safety
