We are recruiting a Training Manager to work closely with our Learning and Development Manager delivering our portfolio of training to our field teams and head office staff across the UK

Location: You will be training teams across the UK, with offices based in Thame and Leeds.

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum plus comapny car

What you will be doing: You will deliver training across all of the CPM Group, assess training needs within the field and support the Learning & Development Manager to drive The Academy forward as centre of excellence.

This includes:

  • Liaising with the Learning & Development Manager to ensure the training needs are understood, and delivery methods and desired outcomes are agreed and achieved.
  • Delivering a tailored approach to established programmes / course to ensure they deliver maximum impact for the learners and return on investment for each client account.
  • Support the Learning & Development Manager to create and tailor programmes using a blended learning methodology, which includes curating and editing training videos and working with digital platforms.
  • Delivery of interactive and engaging sales, influencing and mind-set programmes from with the The Academy portfolio
  • Liaise, consult and advise the Learning & Development Manager and client teams on best-in-class sales performance methods and how to execute in the field for maximum impact
  • To support the Learning & Development Manager to develop long term training strategy & love to learn culture throughout CPM UK
  • Provide advice and consultancy to the new business team which may involve being present at pitches.

  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation are essential attributes along with a fundamental value of people.
  • An extremely flexible approach to work is required combined with a creative and proactive outlook to generate new ideas in response to a fast-moving environment where tight deadlines must be met.
  • Strong questioning, listening, judgement and perception of people and situations is important to successfully managing the quality of training in a varied classroom
  • Self-motivation, confidence resilience and a sense of humour are essential attributes as are tact and diplomacy.
