*shopt is the UK’s leading retailer engagement solution, driving fast and cost-effective distribution to independent convenience and on-trade channels. We are transforming the way in which brands can engage the trade, using our digital app, which acts as a virtual sales rep. As we continue to deliver accelerated growth in the UK, we are looking for an experienced Client Director to join and lead our UK team. This position offers a competitive package, including car allowance, generous pension, private medical insurance, income protection, life cover, broadband allowance and 26 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays (increasing by 1 day per year of service up to 31 days) plus all the benefits of working for an organisation under the Omnicom umbrella.

CPM’s *shopt product is a global leader at the forefront of an important transformation and we’ve seen some impressive success in the UK market which we’ve now started to build upon globally. As well as leading and developing the significant, long-term accounts we already have, this role will be largely focused on creating and delivering a strategic plan to build this portfolio and to grow our base of long-term, strategic clients.

- an analytical mind – this really is a data-driven product where numbers, analytics and insight are key to the sales story
- influencing skills and a real strength in building strong relationships quickly, not only with existing and prospective clients, but also internal senior stakeholders
- drive, passion and pace. This is an autonomous leadership role with P&L accountability, delivering a significant contribution to the success of this strategically important product

This is an opportunity to play a lead role in the development and growth of an exciting product that is disrupting the industry and could be a good sideways move, or an opportunity for someone ready to progress to this level.

Please note that whilst some work can of course be done virtually, this is a UK-based role.

This role may appeal to you if you have:
- an FMCG background at a client leadership level
- brand and digital/eCommerce experience
- a record of delivering sales growth
