We have an exciting opportunity to work for CPM on behalf of Asda to join the Activity Management team as an Operations Executive doing activity management planning. The role represents a unique opportunity to see how all the teams in the customer function work together to land a campaign! 6 Month FTC with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate, £26- £28k (pro-rata) dependent on experience

The role of the Marketing Operations Executive is to enable great execution through simple, effective & collaborative ways of working, all driven by technology, process frameworks & efficiencies. To put it simply – it’s all about ‘making it happen’!
Working within an exciting, fast-paced environment, you will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across areas such as POS, Insight, Broadcast, Content, PR, Media, Strategy and Proposition to support in landing campaigns right first time and on time.

You will support and facilitate marketing campaign planning management across the Asda & George business, as well as supporting on co-ordination of additional tactical and strategic initiatives, such as the corporate responsibility programme ‘Change for Better’. A typical day might see you running the Christmas campaign project ‘squad’ as well as critical path planning and co-ordination across several parts of the business.

The Ins and Outs:
• You will be responsible for planning and delivering documentation for campaigns, including channel plans, creative overview decks and essential process documents.
• Communication with a wide range of stakeholders across the business is key to success in this role.
• You will need to ensure that you can keep yourself and other teams on target to hit critical deadlines for all planned campaigns.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• To be results orientated and highly organised, demonstrating excellent attention to detail
• Experience in co-ordinating projects, ideally within marketing campaigns
• To be proactive and able to multi-task and manage a varied workload
• Experience of and enjoy working collaboratively across a wide stakeholder group

This role will be mainly home based initially but likely to become office based depending on government guidelines.
