We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Executive to work in our busy Leeds office. Salary is £22,000 annum. If you are organised with good admin skills, then please apply today!

What will you be doing?
This role is a pivotal role within the activation team in supporting the Activation Manager in the day to day delivery of all in-store sampling activation. The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Ensuring that all deadlines in the operational delivery of in-store sampling, for a range of suppliers, are met by yourself and support your colleagues to achieve the same.
• Ensuring that all deadlines in the operational delivery of experiential activity are met
• Liaising with sales agencies to ensure all parts of the booking and briefing of campaigns are completed on time and to the standard that they require. Working with other agencies may also be required.
• Liaising with printers to source printed elements for campaigns
• Take calls from the wider field team and provide solutions to their challenges
• To support/work with the Activation team to ensure a one team approach and delivery of all KRAs.
• To ensure all information for sampling activities is communicated to the field team accurately and on time
• Keep an accurate record of all campaign costs
• To be creative and innovative when constructing briefing documents and answering client briefs
• Assist with events from time to time
• To support in any ad hoc tasks as requested by the Activation Manager

• You have excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• High level of problem-solving skills
• Organisational skills - Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Ability to be a proactive, forward thinker, who can provide logical, workable solutions quickly
• Interpersonal Skills together with a strong customer focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Due to the fast-moving environment, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt to change
• Driving licence essential
