We are recruiting for a Field Operations Executive to work in our busy Leeds office. Salary is £20,000 per annum. If you are organised and a strong communicator, then please apply today!

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for ensuring our hybrid team of both contracted and tactical colleagues are completing work on the correct day and to the correct standard. The Field Operations Executive builds effective relationships with the field team, to ensure we have full coverage for our clients’ field activities and compliance KPIs are met.
The main responsibilities of the role include:

 To understand where we currently have activity gaps (i.e. activity in the system without a colleague booked in) and proactively contact colleagues on our database to encourage them to work for us.
 To communicate effectively with field colleagues and field team managers via telephone and email.
 To check and manage the Proof of Delivery (POD) for all Point of Sale (POS).
 To achieve set Key Performance Indicators regarding coverage, productivity, quality, and sales measures.
 Manage payroll and expenses for all field colleagues.
 Cover for photo compliance checking when needed.
 To ensure database is kept up to date
 Manage any enquires routing thorough from the Info line and Activation inbox.
 Any other reasonable duties.

We are looking for someone with:
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently talk to people at all levels.
 Self-starter with a positive disposition is essential.
 Good knowledge of MS Office packages (PowerPoint, excel and word)
 Proven problem-solving skills
 Ability to be a proactive, forward thinker, who can provide logical, workable solutions quickly
 Ninja multi-tasker!
 Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times
 Due to the fast-moving environment, the job holder will need to be flexible and able to adapt to change
