We are looking for a Content & Publications Coordinator to join our team! CPM have an exciting new opportunity working with Asda as a co-ordinator in Leeds. Positioned within the content team, you’ll work with different areas across the business and our agency partners and be integral to digital, social, print and multi-channel campaigns. This is a 3- month fixed term contract, up to £22k (depending on experience) pro rata.

Supporting the Content Manager, you will execute marketing campaigns and publications aligned to the strategy principles that retain and gain new customers. As part of the Asda Content team, you will get the opportunity to support across digital, social, print and multi-channel campaigns. You’ll work with different stakeholders across the business through effective and collaborative ways of working and our agency partners. This role will be integral to the delivery of campaigns and publications, supporting the Content Planner and Manager to ensure deadlines are met and creative has been through the relevant sign-off processes. You’ll have the opportunity to support on the evaluation of campaigns, competitor activity reviews and other project planning tasks.

The Ins and Outs:
• Supporting the team in planning and delivering compelling marketing content through campaigns and publications
• Day to day agency engagement to deliver effective content on time and within budget.
• Supporting to track budgets to ensure we remain on budget and identify cost savings where possible
• Supporting on critical paths and timings
• Working closely with cross functional teams and engaging key stakeholders
• Leading on the sample process including organising delivery of product samples for photography and video shoots
• Managing legal and trader sign-off for content and publications
• Supporting with collating creative feedback
• Supporting the evaluation of campaigns, monitoring competitor and best in market activity

What you’ll need:
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience of engaging with stakeholders
• Can demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively and land projects on time
• An interest in and a broad understanding of marketing across publications, content and social
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A real team player mind-set and self-motivated attitude
• Creative eye and attention to detail
