A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quality Executive to join our KIA team based here in Thame. We offer an excellent package including a salary of £24,000 to £26,000 dependant on experience, company bonus scheme and amazing employee benefits.
As a Senior Quality Executive you will be the quality expert for your team and will be responsible for identifying areas of concern, driving measurable improvement against predefined qualitative areas, creating bespoke improvement plans for our customer service executives and giving detailed and constructive feedback to each team member in order for them to proactively improve.
You will be required to support the Team Leader with coaching and training of the team to ensure that they perform to the best of their abilities, meet and exceed KPI’S and SLA’s and interact with all customers in a professional and exceptional manner. You will ensure that they work in conjunction with CPM’s and the Client’s quality approved frameworks and systems.

• Have experience in people development, mentoring and coaching
• Have good analytical skills
• Have experience of working in automotive sales- preferred
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Are computer literate with a basic knowledge of ‘office applications’
• Have a proactive approach to problem solving
• Are passionate about developing teams to achieve the best results possible
