CPM UK are an award-winning Field Marketing agency and we are looking for someone who has a key eye for detail, is self-motivated with excellent communication skills to join us as a Business Intelligence Team Leader . Salary £32,000, plus company bonus and excellent benefits.

Location: Leeds LS2 7EY

Experience using Power BI and Excel is essential for this role

What will I be doing as a Business Intelligence Team Leader?:
This is an exciting and strategic role within the Business Intelligence and reporting team at CPM head office in Leeds. You would be responsible for 2 direct reports. You and your team will be responsible for the development and delivery of campaign reporting and internal BI systems and visualisations. You will be the main point of contact for Account Managers and Key Stakeholders across the business. You will use campaign results to draw conclusions on consumer and retail behaviour/strategy, taking this insight forward to make recommendations for future field sales marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Management, support and leadership of a team of Data Analysts/Reporting Specialists
• Understanding the needs of external clients within the retail industry and translating these into reporting solutions which fulfil client and business requirements
• Development of a Business Intelligence roadmap for the business unit and drive through to a successful delivery
• Project management of internal and external parties involved in the development, delivery and maintenance of all reporting solutions and technologies
• Working with clients within the business to identify opportunities to improve data management systems and processes taking the lead in delivering solutions

You would enjoy this Business Intelligence Team Leader role if you:
• Have experience with BI tools such as Power BI
• Are able to analyse complex data and summarise it appropriately to present to Key Stakeholders
• Can extract actionable insight from retail campaign results and measurements
• Have strong MS Excel skills – Must be very confident with V LookUps and Pivot tables
• Have previously created relational databases allowing the reporting on large datasets from various sources to be brought together
• Have a combination of strong analytical skills and commercial business knowledge
• Are a great influencer, at all levels with different Key Stakeholders
• Are naturally solution driven and able to overcome problems
• Can develop and evolve long-term relationships across the business
