Based: Home working and head office in Thame OX9

About this role:

The Reporting Executive provides internal, management, client and field teams with a data and reporting. Your remit will be to deliver insight and value to the data & reports, helping drive the performance of the app, in order to retain and grow clients, making the benefits of using it clear.
You will also play a key part in the vision and strategy for the CPM way of reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing the reports and systems to ensure they meet our client objectives
• Work with peers, management and the wider business to identify and implement new and improved data analytics
• Always looking for improvements and how they can be delivered
• Ensure reporting is accurate, relevant and timely, appropriate to CPM and their clients and meeting deadlines
• Provide effective communication routes to ensure efficient sharing & use of information
• Working with wider business and peers to sharing best working methods
• Working with client and internal teams to review current working practices / procedures and systems to recommend cost effective improvements

The right person:

• You are a data expert, with previous data analysis experience ideally with some exposure to Google analytics too
• You have good interpersonal skills and are able to represent the team with confident and credible expertise, presenting with confidence to internal and field management teams
• You enjoy working in an ever changing, fast paced environment and working to deadlines
• You like to solve problems and challenge the status-quo, always looking for better ways to report and provide insight
• Are highly skilled in Excel, and all other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Have a good knowledge of databases and reporting systems, combined with Power BI reporting tools would be ideal
• A knowledge of the convenience retail landscape would be desirable
