We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work in the automotive sector who will develop and manage relationships with fleet decision makers at businesses with greater than 50 car fleets. This is a field-based role operating within a designated region. You will manage your customer base via face to face contact, telephone, email and video conferencing. £39000.00 + bonus + car

Ideal location: Stevenage
Territory covering: London, East Anglia, Hampshire, Kent, Bucks, Beds and surrounding areas

Reporting into both your CPM manager and the client directly, you will develop and manage both new and existing accounts. This will include building relationships with stakeholders who influence their fleet policy including dedicated fleet managers, contract hire and leasing account managers, HR personal, and Finance or Company Directors.

The regional sales manager will:
• Develop and execute a Regional Sales Plan in collaboration with the client and the team of Regional Fleet Managers.
• Deliver sales performance, pipeline progression, activity customer contact, provide exceptional customer service, proving a return on investment for each account, adhering to steps of the process and achieving quality targets in each customer contact opportunity
• Maintain accurate records and ensure Salesforce CRM is up to date
• Demonstrate knowledge and passion for the Fleet market to support the creation and identification of opportunities to introduce customers to the brand.
• Capture data onto the relevant system paying careful attention to detail and within the agreed SLA.
• Attend briefing sessions & training sessions as required (internally and externally) in line with business requirements.
• Ensure all set targets are achieved or exceeded on a monthly basis.

The ideal regional sales manager will be:
• Able to show proven sales and account management, ideally in the automotive sector
• A great time manager, effectively managing your diary and planning
• Able to demonstrate experience of working with clients across a variety of communication methods
• Resilient and self-sufficient and enjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environment
Key Skills Required:
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven track record of sales success and innovation
• Confident and articulate
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of ‘office’ applications
