Do you want to be part of an award-winning Sales team? Are you an experienced New Business Sales Executive? Working full time in a lively call centre based in Warrington your B2B sales skills could earn you up to £18,727 PA basic with uncapped bonus.

Do you possess a proven track record of consistently over delivering against sales and quality targets? Do you have experience of ‘cold calling’ and selling business to business in addition to strong business acumen designed grow and develop SME’s?

What will I be doing?
Your role, as a New Business Executive (NBE), is to source the contact details of these businesses, to contact their decision makers and then to sell them Parcelforce’s products and services. To ensure long term success, your role will encompass the account management of any client you bring on board. In addition to working on your own initiative, you will be working within a team environment. You will be required to source all your leads personally so a creative approach is needed. In return for your enthusiasm and professionalism, we will give you great training to help you develop and be your best.

You would enjoy this role if you:
Can demonstrate existing B2B experience as this will be essential to fulfil the role. Knowledge of the SME marketplace would be a great benefit too! If you enjoy building effective working relationships whilst self-generating leads from a variety of sources, this is the job for you. You will enjoy planning and organising as you will be managing workflow through effective pipeline management. You won’t be afraid of targets and will be looking to challenge and stretch yourself.

You will be reporting to Dave who joined us 7 years ago as an energy sales agent. Daves’ journey to management incorporated a year of Account Management before he decided to challenge himself further by joining the Parcelforce team as Level 2 new Business Sales agent. Dave has strong self-belief, and is constantly driving for improvement which enabled him to exceed his targets and move up to Level 1 Senior agent. During this time, he also embarked on our internal development programme “Best Yourself” and now he is managing his own team of agents. Dave is a great bloke, YOU too can be like Dave!

What is in it for me?
*£18,727 basic salary plus UNCAPPED related bonus. There is a generous paid holiday entitlement increasing to a maximum of 31 days per year. We also offer the opportunity to buy and sell holidays annually. You will be working just 35 hours per week Mon to Thurs – 09:00 till 17:15, Fri 09:00 till 16:00. We have free on-site parking, bike to work scheme and a brand-new canteen with TV and Xbox.
