Experienced Administrator/ Operations Executive required to work in our busy International Team in Thame. Working at our head office in Thame you would be providing operational support to our client, answering and resolving queries from their employees.

This Operations Executive role is key to the success of our client relationship.
You will be using a web based financial tool that CPM have created. The queries you receive will primarily be by email, but you may have to use Skype or receive calls too so having a great telephone manner combined with good written communication skills will be key to your success.

Day to day you will be: -
• Supporting our client’s employees / answering queries by email, phone and skype
• Importing data and updating information
• Creating and designing reports – so experience of Excel is a must!
• Clidating and processing data collected by the field teams
• Production of monthly reports
• Provide support to our international offices when they carry out store audits
• Managing and updating a monthly KPI report
• Other administration tasks as and when required
You would enjoy this Operations Executive role if:
• You are a confident user of Excel and are tech savvy and able to quickly pick up other systems
• You are thorough, as attention to detail is all important in this role
• Our world is ever changing, so you would need to enjoy and thrive on being busy and dealing with changing priorities and deadlines
• You have great communication skills, building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and managers alike.
• You love to find a solution to a problem and are always looking for new ways to do things and bring about improvements.

Your background:
We are actively looking for people that don’t just do a great admin job but would also like the opportunity to look at ways to improve our operations and processes and would really take pride in delivering a high- quality service to both internal and external clients. You may be in an office administration or similar role currently or be looking for a change in career and would like a job that really allows you to showcase your data entry and reporting skills and ability to multi-task!
