About the role:
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to work with our Business Intelligence Team in Leeds. This is a role where we need you to be able to use the data you have to provide valuable insight and you will be responsible for the delivery of internal BI systems and campaign reporting and dashboards. You will use the data to draw conclusions on shopper behaviour and using this insight to make recommendations for future marketing activity. Maintaining and improving the current Salesforce platform you will also be responsible for ensuring reporting deadlines are met.

• You can analyse complex data and have the ability to summarise, considering the audience, in an engaging, client friendly format.
• You are able to draw out actionable insight from retail campaign results and measurements
• You have experience of creating relational databases, allowing reporting on large datasets from various sources to be brought together
• You have previously used the Salesforce platform
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Alteryx is desirable
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset. skills with business knowledge
• A self-motivated individual and good team player
• Are looking for a role where you have real responsibility and can take ownership of your own work
• You are advanced in MS Excel

What will you be doing?
• Providing analytical business support and commercial guidance
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data solutions & tailored insights to drive success
• Working closely with the BI Manager to design and implement internal and external reporting and dashboard solutions and identifying and implementing automation
• Streamlining reporting and analytical methods and continually looking at new ways to analyse, model and visualise data
• Gathering requirements from key stakeholders in the business for any new reporting that may be required and ensuring KPIs are identified and delivered
• Day to day Salesforce administration and support including roles, profiles and permission management and uploading and updating data
• Undertake Salesforce data extracts and design data feeds
• Ensuring reports are accurate and delivered within agreed timescales
• Being a point of reference for any analytical queries or problems
• Identify and implement automation

It would be an advantage if you have already worked in a marketing/ sales environment team and of using salesforce CRM system as an admin user. Experience of the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards or Power BI and Use of excel slicers is also desirable
